How to launch a single application on iOS or Android?

We want to use a tablet with corporate software for the enterprise. It is necessary that only one application always works, preferably without the possibility of closing it and launching something else.
1. Is there such a possibility on ipad ios? Maybe with jail?
2. Can this be done for Android? I saw an example with parental control applications, maybe there is something special? Lanchers can be specialized?

I can offer a simple option - write your own corporate application on the principle of a launcher, and pass it on for it, in fact. That is, by default, it will run in full screen without the ability to minimize it and go poke the Internet.
For iOS, I don’t know, everything is fenced there.
