Delphi XE + iOS - Do I need a Mac?

The company uses Delphi XE, it became necessary to release applications for Android and iOS. Actually the question is, do you still need a poppy machine to develop a mobile application in this environment or not?
As far as I know, the final assembly still takes place in XCode, or am I mistaken and the poppy is not needed at all?

Does iOS exist in XE? Like only with XE2. And Androyd, too, only with XE5.
