Why can lose Delphi procedure on MSSql under Windows 7?

Good afternoon, there was a problem with the fact that the Delphi program under windows 7 refuses to find the procedure. administrator put bde, odbc specified. Problems do not arise anywhere except for this function. But the same function under Windows xp works like clockwork. from under 2008r2 of the server too there are no problems.
Running in compatibility mode for Windows xp didn't work either.
What could be the problem?

Most likely in the odbc settings. Perhaps it's not dbo.procAdd.... but user.procAdd, look at the profiler what goes to the sql server
