How to destroy a file using a hotkey?

Hello! Interested in the ability to overwrite / destroy the file (s) using a hot key on Windows 7. For example, using the US DoD 5220.22-M method. What free programs exist for this purpose?

@DamianLewis

what prevents you from making a batch file from a couple of lines, one of which is del *.* /s /f /q , and the other cipher /w:...
well, in the shortcut to this batch file, you can set a combination of hot keys aka "shortcut"

No way. It's impossible.
Regarding the method US DoD 5220.22-M.-
Firstly, if such methods are applied, then not to files, but to information storage devices.
Secondly, it is necessary to take into account the logic of the drives.
Thirdly, there is no longer any particular point in using such algorithms.
