How to design ios,android,web synchronization with server?

Good day to all.
There are 3 clients: web, android and ios. Applications work in offline mode (coreData for ios). Further, when you turn on the Internet, you need to synchronize with the server (Django) so that the data is the same everywhere.
Who has dealt with this kind of problem? What is the best way to organize server synchronization with clients?

The easiest way is to use Google Firebase DB https://firebase.google.com , https://firebase.google.com/docs/database/
