What to do with different screen heights in mobile browsers?

The layout is a sheet of blocks. The first block should occupy the entire height of the screen and not exceed it.
The problem is that Chrome respects adress bar , but Firefox does not by default. FF starts to take it into account after unchecking the flag: Options > Display > Scroll title bar .
Can anything be done about this? Proflinks are welcome.
