How to deploy laravel project on digitalocean?

Good afternoon, gentlemen, I'm trying to put the project on VDS.
The problem is the following HTTP ERROR 500
The project put in www/html/project_laravel
138.197.93.254
HTTP ERROR 500
I get :)
Everywhere they talk about rights, but it's not about them, even 777 gave rights :(
It seems to me that apache2 htaccess is not configured correctly.
Any suggestions ?

for what?
storage - you need to give an entry including subfolders.
And then there will be an error in the logs and the site itself will start to display the error normally.
If the logs from the record are closed, it gives a silent 500 as a rule.
