How to deploy a downloaded Drupal project on OpenServer?

Good afternoon. I downloaded the finished Drupal project to my computer. Installed in OpenServer through domains. How to run it so that you can manipulate it and enter the admin panel?
PS Windows 7, Php 5.6, Drupal 8, there are passwords from the admin panel, there are 2 sql archives with different names in the root folder.

if the project is ready, then there should be installation instructions. And yet, in the latest versions of Drupal (8.3 and higher) Php 5.6 is not used, but Php 7.2 and higher. The appropriate plugin is selected in the OpenServer settings, and the corresponding version of the database is also installed there. And the installation details, I repeat, should be in the instructions.
