How to demonstrate work to a client?

I develop websites on WP. Until now, all customers have been local, but here they are from another city. In this regard, the question is how do you demonstrate your demos (primary sketches) to the customer. As an option, register a domain and pay for hosting and upload it there, but maybe there are some other ways? I thought with screenshots, but screenshots are unlikely to show all js-chips and functionality.

@Gregary

skype - show desktop and demonstrate. Or things like team viewer, etc. Well, yes, it is better to fill in some kind of hosting. You can even without a domain.
I like digital ocean for demonstration and testing purposes (like staging). Raised the instance, tested / presented, extinguished the instance. If you also have an automated deployment, there are no problems with this at all. Payment is hourly, so that the fact that the instance will spin for a couple of days will cost a penny.
