How to demo a sharepoint site?

Good morning. Please tell me how to solve the problem. Yes: SharePoint farm, Sites in Sharepoint: wiki.domain.ltd, demo.domain.ltd, somesite.domain.ltd. Task: Reset the demo site once every 3 days without rolling back other sites.

You can make a Powershell script to backup and restore the collection site and schedule it.
