How can I add a lookup field to a Sharepoint list that will contain a concatenated value from other Sharepoint lists?

There are 2 tables, the so-called list: waybills and tank cars.
The invoice table contains columns:

this is how the list of invoices looks like:

The tank car table contains columns:
aedea575110b4620b91829e1d641399d.jpg
this is how the list of tank cars looks like:

There is a small life hack here. you cannot insert data from lookup fields into a calculated field, but you can make a quick workflow that will copy into an adjacent text field when creating / changing the lookup value, which can then be easily inserted into the calculated field formula. Not very elegant, but effective without a line of code. Total implementation time ~10 min.
