How to deliver updates to the game and its files inexpensively if the CDN is asking from 3000 per TB?

How to deliver game updates inexpensively if the CDN is asking from 3000 per TB?
The toy weighs about 20 GB. So for 50 downloads of the game to pay 3000 rubles?)
Of course, I understand that "wholesale" from several hundred TB will cost less, but still about 1500-2000 per TB.
Why so expensive? Do Steam, Blizzard, EA and other gaming platforms pay such money for the delivery of files?

Maybe there are cheaper ways?

blizzards

These are the games that are distributed by torrent? No, they don't pay.

You can also try this solution:
https://candy.systems/help/
But this is more of a crutch, but it works via WebRTC and is suitable for applications where torrents are a problem.

Large firms have their own servers, etc. They do not need a CDN. It will obviously be cheaper for you to rent a dedicated server and distribute files from it, it doesn’t matter how exactly - you can immediately torrent and via http

1000-2000r for a server with a 100 Mbps channel. It's more profitable. There are options with fixed traffic, which is more profitable than CDN.
But in general it sucks that the user has to download 20GB when upgrading.

Why do something of your own with updates, if you can just upload the game and its updates to the ms store (or some non-native store) and it will give files and install / update for free
