Collect all ideas in one place, app, web or?

Hello! And so, at what time I catch myself thinking that I still have not found a suitable "repository" for me, where I could collect ALL ideas.
I am engaged in layout, design, product promotion and a bit of programming, and if you can save an image of an excellent landing page, banner or just a color composition, then saving the entire web page with css styles is already a big problem, because I have not yet found an option for such a convenient "save" .
What would I like to get at the "output":
1. One program with all the ideas and notes.
2. Saving images and texts.
3. Saving entire web pages in the form in which they were saved.
There are options, I would like to hear them, thanks in advance!
