How to deliver ipad

Tell the shipping company, who knows. Need to transport from Prague (Czech Republic) to Lugansk (Ukraine) ipad.
How can such a small cargo be delivered?, we called several companies, they do not undertake such small and fragile shipments.

UPS, ESP, EMS, anything but customs will have to be done.
If I were you, I would send it by bus to Kyiv or Luhansk and pick it up there without customs

Pack well and send by mail.

By bus to Uzhgorod (if I'm not mistaken, they take parcels, and from there by new mail to Lugansk). This will be optimal, the new mail delivers well and inexpensively, but you need to have someone reliable in Uzhgorod.
