How to delete images from a backup in Picasa 3?

Google's Picasa 3 saves copies of resized images in the "C:\Users\*****\Pictures\.Picasa3Temp" directory. 3 times cleaned this folder. After I close the program, the folder disappears, and then if I run and change the photo .... although it's better to create a collage, the folder is restored with all the photos that I changed / made a collage for all the time! And all the remote ones are there too! I mean deleted from the same folder. I want to note that these are not some kind of sketches, but photographs weighing 1-5mb. The folder itself weighs a couple of hundred MB. How to permanently delete these photos so that the program does not restore them?

On the path "C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Google" there are 2 folders Picasa2 and Picasa2Albums. There's nothing there. More precisely, there is every cache and garbage at 1.44mb. I also deleted all these folders. I did not find other folders associated with Google or Picasa in the AppData section. ProgramData is also empty.

They are usually (backup copies) "hidden" and are located in the same folder as their source files.
