How to delete folders and files in windows 10?

I pulled out the disk from the laptop and made a portable disk out of it, now I can’t delete system files and folders from it, see the screenshot, I go under the administrator the same thing, what should I do?

You change the owner.
You change the rights for the directory.
You check the box to replace the rights in all nested files and directories.
Then you finish off what has not been removed, in the same way, but individually.
