If I create a torrent with a lot of books with relevant titles, but I don't publish the torrent anywhere, is there any chance that the torrent will start downloading. (Taking into account the fact that indexers of torrent networks have appeared).

No. To find a torrent in the DHT network, you need to know the unique hash (magnet-link). No one in their right mind would sort through the hashes to find the incomprehensible content of a torrents.
