How to delete C:\Windows\SystemApps folder in Windows 10 home (Latest ver.)?

Can't delete C:\Windows\SystemApps folder in Windows 10 There is access. When deleting via com. the line writes Access is denied. But with rights everything is fine. How to uninstall SystemApps?? Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
