How to delete a file using the console in safe mode?

Tell me how to delete a file on the system drive, in the directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Same_Soft", which was opened under administrator in safe mode?
The fact is that in this mode, the C: \ section is marked as X: \ and simply does not enter some sections. It sees the "Program Files (x86)" and "Program Files" folders, but shows nothing in them. And accordingly, if I specify the full path to the file with the "del" command, it does not find the file and does not delete it. What could be the reason? Are there any special features of the CMD console in safe mode?

@tsklab

You didn't show the safe mode console, but the recovery from the installation media. Go to disk C.

you need to boot with F8, not from a flash drive / sd
