How to delete a certificate request in VCenter?

Hello. There is a situation:
In VCenter 6.7, a request was generated to issue a certificate via the web interface.
Later, the requested certificate was never issued; the request was not completed and the normal certificate was added via bash.
As a result, now a warning has popped up that there is a rotten certificate, we managed to find out that this rotten certificate is the result of that request through the web interface. When viewing certificates via the shell, it has an alias:
Alias : __MACHINE_CSR
Located in the MACHINE_SSL_CERT store
and a rather interesting expiration date:
Not Before: Jul 26 09:34:10 2020 GMT
Not After : Jul 26 09:34:16 2020 GMT

Question - how is that can the certificate be removed?

UPD: deleted with the command - /usr/lib/vmware-vmafd/bin/vecs-cli entry delete --store MACHINE_SSL_CERT --alias __MACHINE_CSR -y
But after restarting the services - the alarm remained in the flash version of the client - the old certificate is displayed in ca authority , although it is no longer in storage.
