I bought a domain on https://arsys.es
And later I bought a cloud VPS on https://www.hosteurope.es/
The problem is trivial. You need to dock the VPS with the domain. The VPS has a PLESK panel, and there is only one IP. Written off with technical support, they say. that you need to transfer the domain to them. Can someone tell me how to set up a delegate domain. I've been suffering for two weeks now. In theory, you only need to register ns servers, but they don’t give support in those.

and already in the dns manager panel specify the ip of your vps

You can delegate using third-party dns hosting,
for example, from Yandex
https://yandex.ru/support/pdd/domain/dns.xml
specify Yandex ns for the domain, and then create the necessary A-records in the Yandex dns-record editor
