How to defeat the thin client error 1C - 11001?

Such a problem:
We work on 1C, Version: 1C: Enterprise 8.3 (8.3.14.1565), "Client-Server" option. Everything works fine locally.
There was a need to connect via the Internet. Well the task is trivial.
Forwarded ports. Ports are open. (1540,1541,1560-1590)
But it gives an error

On the LAN, I calmly connect the Infobase by specifying the external IP in the server cluster.
In hosts I registered the local address of the server and the name of the computer.
System: Server 2016.
What to watch?

In hosts where - on clients in LAN, on clients in the internet, or on the server itself?
Try to write this hostname from the error on the server in hosts - WIN-8TS0BFGPM7B (did you write this name or something else?)
PS Well, when it works, then get ready that it will slow down a lot over the Internet. Don't be too surprised if it only starts for a few minutes. :) The terminal server is necessary. Although maybe you have some kind of super-light and the Internet is super-fast, maybe it will be tolerable, xs.
