The problem is this: on the network, the Mikrotik router looks at the provider. Keenetic ULTRA was switched to access point mode by this instruction. https://zyxel.ru/kb/3911/
Additionally, I removed the main DHCP address pool with a command.
But on the network, sometimes computers are given the wrong dns server address. What to do with it?

The solution turned out to be this: the router does not immediately save the configuration change ... Therefore, disabling the dhcp server for the home network was possible with the command from the 5th attempt. Thanks for the advice.

After you have switched Zyxel to access point mode (by unchecking the Internet connection settings), you need to DISABLE the DHCP server for the main and guest networks in the same ZYxel's settings.
You go to the "Home network" tab
Then click on the home network / guest network and uncheck "Enabled" in the DHCP Server section
. Just in case, reset your screenshots of these sections.
