How to decrypt network load on Vesta server?

If you go to the statistics tab - network - in the vesta panel, that is, the statistics of 2 traffic sections, as I understand it.
Why are there 2 sections? What is the first section and what is the second?
+ For how long does this data go at all? Who knows - help and decipher please ...

nishtyak, brother
lo is localhost
and ens3 is a network card
data for the period from the moment the interface was raised (UP)
if without bullshit - then read, from the moment the server was loaded
