I know there is remote debugging in Safari, but unfortunately there is no mac. What other options are there?
I tried installing Mac Os X in VirtualBox, but none of the images could install.

1) Install Safari under Windows . Yes, he is already two years old; yes, it won't update anymore. But there is a developer console and you can attach a cropped firebug. Helps a lot.
2) Replace VirtualBox with VMWare and try again. Quite a successful experience.
