How to deal with the privacy policy on the site?
Hello!
Since July 1, a new law has appeared that provides for a fine for sites where users give their data (email, for example, first name, last name), and if the site does not contain a privacy policy and there is no check mark for consent to data processing, then a fine may well arrive. I found out about this myself a couple of days ago. And I still don't know how to formulate this policy. How and who decided this issue?

Find a template that suits you and use the ctrl+c->ctrl+v method to create your own policy based on it. This is how they have been working with licenses for a long time - no one reads the entire text of the license, they just look, yeah, this is the GNU GPL v43, it means so-and-so, but here the WTFPL license, well, everything is clear.
Well, add a checkmark to each button that collects personal data.
