How to deal with spam in home mail?

The situation is this. Hundreds of letters arrive every day (spam, like you want to increase something for yourself without registration and SMS), I don’t even know exactly how many, but I know for sure that if you don’t go to Gmail for a couple of days, then when you go there there will be about 558 letters, well, or about the same number. What I've done!!! I changed the password (twice), enabled two-factor authentication, and did all this in the virtual machine to exclude the possibility even if there are viruses on the computer (although there are no viruses - I checked it from the boot disk, freshly live by the doctor of the web and kaspersky). I also checked that no applications were connected to gmail and google account. Just a browser and that's it! Nothing extra!! But they continue to spam, the flow of letters is huge. It seems that my email address got into some kind of spam database. Kindly tell me what should I do?

Yes, and manually adding to spam is not an option, I will only spend two or three hours every day to clear all these 500 letters (they are mixed with the mail I need from people, and not from spam bots).

But then it automatically goes to spam.
I have been using the same postal address for 20 years - everything is fine.
I'm just not too lazy to train the anti-spam system.

Options:
1. Create a new mail
2. Manually add letters to spam (gmail has a "Spam" button)

Send unwanted emails marked as spam to the spam category, then Google will throw them into spam itself. But here I think it's better to change the mail than to deal with such a large flow of letters.

As soon as the mailer hit the Internet, spam is guaranteed.
What to do?
We form a list of emails that are needed. We start a new box, inform them by mailing that a new box has been opened. We do not use a new box for registrations and do not insert it into forms on sites.
With this approach, there will be not much spam and it will be possible to train a spam filter. Otherwise, no filter will help.

akimdi ,

many people know
-here is the answer
I have a couple of emails for VIP projects - no spam
AT ALL A couple of emails for relatives - no spam AT ALL
And probably a dozen more emails for garbage registration - these, respectively, I don’t check at all what they send there and why)) ahaha
EVERYWHERE where you filled in the field YOUR EMAIL - you opened the gate to spammers!
And Avito and public services and glanders and a toaster, damn it))) EVERYWHERE.
I will modestly keep silent about the numerous garbage dumps (forums) and hospitals (VK OK)
