The difficulty is that I, of course, cannot manage the server. You need to conjure on your side. For simplicity, let's imagine that this is VPN1 for everything, and VPN2 only for specific resources like jira.company.com and celoxis.de.

All you can do is write a specific route to the client VPN,
Accordingly, calls to these addresses will go to the desired interface, the rest to the default laptop.
