How to put all your traffic through another computer?

Hello everyone, such a problem. I will describe conditionally. There is the first computer connected to the Internet through ISP A. There is a second computer connected to the Internet through ISP B. For example, I want to run DOTA 2 (a game on steam) on the first computer, but the problem is that the ping jumps from 100 to 500 and it's impossible to play. At the same time, when you start the same game on the second computer, the ping is 50. And even with everything, at the same time, the ping between the first and second computers (from provider A to provider B) is 20-30. The task is to let all the traffic on computer A through computer B, computer B acts as a kind of proxy server. Everything would be simple if Steam supported connection through a proxy, but this is not the case. What software can I use to create such a connection: on the first computer, something like a vpn client or something similar, on the second vpn server or something like that? If possible, tell me the name of specific programs for Windows?

The easiest is to use softethervpn
As another tinc vpn option, it's lighter and can be said to be simpler.
Here is about how to set up (though based on old games, but not the point)

here is a short about tinc

Openvpn see no reason to bother with keys, etc. It's easier to use tinc.
