How to deal with packet loss within the network on a Mikrotik RB750UP router?

Good day!
I ran into a problem in setting up the RB750UP router.
There is frequent packet loss between clients within the network.
Router Mikrotik RB750UP. Clients work on Ethernet.
I searched on the Internet, solutions with increasing the packet buffer did not help. I did not understand how to set the priority of traffic between local clients. Tell me which direction to go.
PS In local networks, a beginner still does not understand a lot of things.
UPD1: I checked and rechecked the connections I could, there can be no problems with the physical network.
Also, one of the network clients is connected directly to the router.
I detect packet loss by pinging from the client to the client and from the router to the client (which is connected directly by the factory 30 cm patch cord directly to the router).
There are losses both from the client to the client and from the router to the client.
UPD2: I replaced the patch cord with a hand-crimped one, checked on the Zyxel router there are no losses between these clients.
I tried to replace Mikrotik with Zyxel Keenetic 4G network, there are no losses between clients. Strange situation.

@ifaustrue

How do you detect these packet losses? What are the symptoms?
If communication between two PCs takes place within the network, then two rules apply:
1. They do not use a router, which means you have nothing to do with Router OS.
2. If you use RB as a switch, then the traffic goes through the switch chip, which operates at network speed, and for this model its bandwidth is approximately 479 megabits for a packet size of 512. The loss will only be at a load higher than this (or another pattern).
How is the data transfer environment configured on the client and MK interfaces? Duplex, speed, parity, MTU?

Tell me which direction to go.
In the direction of accurately describing the problem and finding out and, if possible, eliminating its cause.
There is frequent packet loss between clients within the network.
What kind of packages? How do you diagnose?
Clients work on Ethernet.
Pay attention to the status of the ports relevant to the problem (errors, duplex).

@arxont

1) Make an export compact and see if there is anything extra
2) Look at the tools - profile that your processor does not process anything extra
3) Look at the direct connection, bypassing the router, but just two computers connected by a patch cord
