How to distribute 2 cores for routeros x86 in hyper-v?

if you distribute 1 core - everything works
if 2 - there is access only through mmc (and nothing works)
multicpu is enabled
, the number of kernels is displayed correctly
tried to install from scratch, tried the same thing with CHR
(tested on windows server 2012 R2, server 2019, windows 10 hyper-v)

I will assume that when issuing the second core, paravirtualization is turned on with which chr does not work
