How to deal with Night mode in Outlook and IOS Mail?

I have a black logo, and in night mode in IOS Mail it is not visible at all, but in Outlook it is so-so visible. How can I determine that the night mode has turned on and hide the image with a dark logo and start displaying it with a light one (I already know the option to make the logo adaptive using a stroke, but I want to try this first).

I also have a button, also black, how to make it light in night mode.
