How to deal with bots in search advertising?

Hello, I launched a search RK and ran into a problem that all visitors have a visit time on the site either 0s or 15s or 16s and that's it (absolutely everything). I understand that people can’t do that, and all at once (100% traffic is like that). Maybe someone knows effective ways or even what I should do in such a situation? Now I'm banning cookies and deleting a number of keywords.
