How to deal with ads?
Immediately - there are no viruses and other things ...
I use adBlock (I tried Adblock +, but it works slower and it does not have Content Block for Safari) to cut ads. But it's gotten sore lately. The world just went crazy. Mac Book Pro Retina + Safari (tried Chrome, alas, it works slower)
Some sites (and there are more and more of them), especially with landing pages and a bunch of scripts, put up so many ads that the sites weigh prohibitively and when using adBlock they take a very long time to load. Moreover, the most deadly - they began to shove various more video streams that pop up in the corners. I block them manually with adBlock or Stylish. They find ways to get around. Some sites even had to add stubs to the hosts so that the video would not load. The problem is not even in the advertising itself, but in the fact that heavy sites land a beech and take a long time to load.
A vivid example of rbc.ru with its stream in the left corner. I had to kill the entire top line, because the video periodically returns. Although I block the block itself, they change the name. The site itself slows down on scrolling due to the abundance of any ge. rbc.ru - purely for example. I don't actually read it myself.
Regarding the promised cutting of videos on youtube - none saves. All the same, advertising works until you fix it with the hosts handles.
Actually questions:
1) Are there any other cutters?
2) Whether it is possible to implement advertising cutting on proxy a la squid? So that pieces of html code are cut out directly and pure content is loaded.
3) Question to those who are stuffing such garbage: could you douse yourself with gasoline and burn?

If this is a very important problem for you - as an additional suggestion to the comment above - you can disable cookies and caching (of course, if this problem is very global for you and you want to burn all marketers, otherwise I would not advise doing this)
