question is, I don't want this ad to appear when watching my video. Google services, in particular YuoTube, are evolving so fast that their own documentation becomes out of date very quickly. no need to shove someone else's content into the video - both video and audio. In your case, the copyright holder is ready to allow you to use his content in return for the fact that he will earn money from you with advertising.
Second... you've enabled monetization for your video in your settings.
