Hello, I wanted to ask, I have an order with a legal entity. And they made a contract, it says that in case of delay, 0.1% of the budget (50k) will be withdrawn for each day. Can they screw up or do something against me?

You need to read the entire contract. So no one can tell you for sure. Trite: are the reasons for the delay indicated there, whose fault is the delay? Is the principle of symmetry also observed: if they do not fulfill all obligations, therefore the terms increase - are you compensated or not?

50k - if we are talking about rubles, then this is not at all the money for which it is worth concluding a contract.
