How to cut video without subsequent conversion?

I tried to solve the problem using camtasia studio, it didn't work.
Rendering takes a decent amount of time, and the quality of the video deteriorates sharply after conversion :*( Please advise some software.

Movavi Video Converter 14.3 (this is a stable version)
This software can convert quickly, provided that the format of the final file is equal to the source. This is selected in the settings.
Add a file, select "Convert to (.mp4)", in the video settings select the H.264 codec, frame size as in the original, custom bitrate type (set the value as in the original file), High profile, quality: ultra-slow, then go to tab audio and there should be "Auto" everywhere.
After that, close the window and click on the file in the list, a preview window will appear on the right and under it there will be a slider with which you can cut off an unnecessary piece of video from the beginning and / or from the end.
If you need to cut a large video into several fragments, then unfortunately you will have to open this operation several times, the program cannot do otherwise.
This scheme works for me.
Try it, post if it works
