How to cut and download a fragment of someone else's YouTube video?

There are long videos on YouTube (2 hours long and more), of which I need to download fragments lasting
2-5 minutes.
The lists are long, and it will take a long time to download the whole video. Previously, there was some site with which I was able
to do this, now I scrolled through about 10 different services on Google and it didn’t work anywhere. Somewhere writes the size is large, somewhere YouTube does not support, somewhere just an error pops up.
Are there services that will help solve the problem?

Download all the videos according to the list, for example, through 4KDownload , and then cut off the excess in video editors. Online services are unlikely to save time.
