How to customize vue.js highlighting in sublime text 3?

Hello, I ran into such a problem, I can’t set up syntax highlighting in sublime text 3 for vue.js, I install the Vue Syntax Highlight plugin through the package manager, but the effect is zero. The highlight type is set to vue components but looks like plain text. I also installed a plugin that combines snippets and highlighting, but it also does not work. After updating sublime 3.1 (build 3170), I got a message that vue syntax highliter is not compatible with the sublime version, then my syntax definition flew off, I reinstalled vue syntax highliter, now when I call the menu on the bottom right where the syntax is selected, there are two lines "vue component "you need to choose the top one then it works - game, I figure out how to fix ...

liyuo extension must be js or js must be wrapped in a script tag. Everything works with a bang according to the syntax
