How to show a block on click and remove it in any area?

Hello, there is a field on which a block appears when clicked, it has selects, i.e. I need a block to appear when clicked, select what is needed in this block and then when clicking anywhere this block disappears.
So far, I have enough knowledge and Google for this, it appears when you click, but we cannot choose anything. :(
