How to customize tooltips in VS Code?

Tried to work on VS Code. I like everything, but the work of hints infuriates me as much as possible. Is it possible to customize them?
Of the main problems: -
extra methods (like I enter "console." and "length" pops up in the list of suggested ones)
- displaying a bunch of extra variables (variables from other functions, properties of other objects are shown in tooltips).
Is it possible to make tooltips in VS Code more adequate?
