How to customize the Retry EXIM template?

Exim needs to set up the RETRY CONFIGURATION retry templates.
1. A sent letter to mail.ru is rejected in the format of error 550 spam message rejected - starts knocking again (at least immediately) on mail - which causes the blocking of mail.ru
Task:
A. Having received a "beat" with an error 550 spam message rejected - no longer try to send this letter to mail.ru or Yandex if from Yandex.
B. receive a bounce - try to send it to the server in the bounce box if the delivery is not successful - delete it.

2. There are different bounces, including 550 rejects, which try to send a report letter to a non-existent server.
Task: Try to send a non-delivery report once, if the host does not exist or it fails - do not try to send again - delete the letter.
