How to customize the menu on modx evo?

I can’t figure out how to set up the mobile menu .. All the time goes to the first item Laboratory Services instead of stopping at the menu where it is on the page at the moment.

If I understand your question correctly.
You want the menu to display the current page, and when clicked, display the child pages. This will not display resources of the same level as the parent or higher.
If so then you need to change &startId=`8`to&startId=`[*id*]`
