How to customize the display of the product in the search results?

The search is implemented on the site in the same way as on the online store of the 1C-Bitrix demo site, the search form is used - bitrix:search.title. When you enter the word Shoes or another product, there are shoes, when you click on the search button, only 2 pages are displayed on which there are about 60 products, although there are much more products with shoes, approximately 4,000, there are shoes: for women, children, men.
"TOP_COUNT" set to "6000" . Tell me what to configure so that the search would display in the search results all products by request?
The components/bitrix/catalog.search template contains the component: "bitrix:search.page",
changed the parameter PAGE_RESULT_COUNT = 10 000
In the search result, it already displays up to 16 pages, but for the same product Shoes, go to the women's shoes section 1,700 products and pages in section 35, but there is a section for children and men, there is also this product.
What else needs to be set up to display the entire number of goods from the catalog, obviously there should be more than 16 pages.
