How to customize fonts in Photoshop?

Please tell me how to properly set up fonts in photoshop so that when working with a layout, you can hover over a font and it will automatically be displayed (its name and family). The problem is that a window constantly comes up with information that there are no fonts. I downloaded and installed the fonts into the fonts folder itself in windows, then into the fonts folder itself in photoshop. But it doesn't help. And without this, I can’t correctly type layouts in photoshop.
