How to customize elements in OSX application window?

I would like to make it so that the labels and buttons do not change position relative to the edge of the window, and the text blocks stretch horizontally. I don't know much about xcode at all. Before that I did windows applications. Another would be to find some kind of reference book on xcode like msdn from microsoft.

Of course, you can bind elements to the borders of the window, as well as to the borders of other elements, the documentation says about this.
On the fingers: select the desired component, hold ctrl and drag in the desired direction.
