How to crop the logo. And remove the excess?

The guys have a green logo. But under it is some kind of light grayish background, and if you put this logo somewhere, it’s complete bullshit, but you need only the green logo to be superimposed. So to speak, trimming was around the green logo. How can this be dealt with?
Thank you for your attention

Even schoolchildren who watched the first lesson from the "Photoshop for Dummies" course will cope with this.
This is the most basic function that any person who opens Photoshop needs to know.
But I’ll say right away that you can’t make a high-quality logo out of this shit.
You need to draw in a vector, and then use it where and how you want.

1. Draw swans in a vector editor.
2. Try to pick up the font (if we don’t find it, see point No. 1)
3. If the file is not a mess of pixels, you can clean it up in Photoshop.
