I want to make a screen saver for my program so that a window with a picture is displayed at startup. The main problem is how to make the image be displayed on a transparent background, as, for example, it was done when loading Photoshop?
In fact, you just need to display a PNG image on a transparent background using C ++. I work in borland c++ builder.
