How to center video in html player?

Good afternoon!
Tell me how to properly center the video in the html player (i.e. the video itself inside the video block) vertically.
I am at war on this issue with this example . If you start the video there will be a black bar under the video:

I understand that you can fit the block size under the video, but this situation cannot be changed on mobile and tablets when expanded to full screen.
How can you solve my situation? Margin and pidding do not help and sensible nothing googled.
