How to create your own Ajax team, Drupal8?

There is an example xandeadx.ru/blog/drupal/378 but I don't fully understand how it works. I would be grateful for a more detailed explanation. I created a module with an info file and a .module file. Where to put js? What is the logic of work? Will it work in version 8? Thank you.

Drupal 8 no longer uses .info files and the API for AJAX commands has already changed:
